HOW IT WORKS
- Choose “Try Before You Buy” at checkout. Available on every full-price MELYRFLEX trouser.
- Card hold, not a charge. We place a temporary hold for the total on your Visa or Mastercard. It shows as pending—no money leaves your account yet.
- Three-day home trial. From delivery day, you have 3 calendar days to style, sit and decide.
- Tell us what’s staying. Click the link in our email, tick the trousers you’re keeping, and print the prepaid return label for any others.
- Pay only for keepers. We charge your card for the trousers you kept. The hold on the rest is released automatically.
Payment methods
- Available now: Visa and Mastercard
- Why just bank cards? The system needs a refundable “authorisation” to reserve the trousers.
Easy returns
- Pre-paid Royal Mail label included.
- Post unwanted trousers within 3 days of confirming your order in the portal.
- Returning every pair? A small £6 restocking fee covers handling.
