Which one is for me?
Two fabrics, one waistband
Ravello is knitted. Sienna and Amalfi are woven. That's the difference you'll feel first. All three have MelyrFlex inside.
Ravello
Modal, cotton and elastane, knitted into a buttery soft fabric that stretches four ways and drapes as you walk. A wide leg in a regular 30" or long 33" length. £95.
Sienna
Woven stretch with a crisper handle that reads as tailoring. A slim cigarette leg, crease-resistant and machine washable at 30°C. £30, was £99.
Amalfi
Woven stretch with a faux waistband detail for a tailored line at the hip, flowing into a wide leg. Crease-resistant and machine washable. £30, was £99.

Your questions, answered
Which trousers don't dig in when you sit down?
Every MelyrFlex trouser has a second waistband inside that holds gently from waist to lower hip and gives as you sit, so nothing digs or rolls.
Will the waistband still feel comfortable after a big lunch?
Yes. MelyrFlex is a medium compression that stretches when you need room and comes back to shape afterwards. It's the reason most women stop thinking about their waistband.
What's the difference between Ravello, Sienna and Amalfi?
Ravello is knitted from modal, cotton and elastane, so it's fluid and buttery soft. Sienna and Amalfi are woven, with a crisper handle that reads as tailoring. All three have MelyrFlex inside.
Are pull-on trousers smart enough for work?
These are. From the outside you see a clean trouser, not an elasticated one. Amalfi has a faux waistband detail at the hip, and Sienna has room to tuck in a fine knit.
Which wide-leg trousers have an elasticated waist that still looks tailored?
Ravello and Amalfi are both wide leg with MelyrFlex hidden inside. Ravello falls softly. Amalfi holds a more structured line at the hip.
What leg length do I need?
Ravello comes in a regular 30" or a long 33" leg. Sienna has a 70cm inside leg with 7cm of hem you can let down. Portofino comes long, with £10 from us towards taking it up.
Do they crease?
Sienna and Amalfi are crease-resistant, which is why Ruth packs hers for travel.
Can I try trousers at home before I pay?
Yes, on Ravello and Portofino. Pay nothing for 3 days, keep what works, and a £6 fee applies only if everything goes back. Sienna and Amalfi come with our usual free returns and exchanges.
Why are Sienna and Amalfi only £30?
They're the last of our first production run, which was much bigger than it should have been. We kept hold of them while they sold through, and when a size goes, it's gone.
Is Portofino a MelyrFlex trouser?
No. Portofino is deep navy cupro with front pleats and a soft elasticated back, for the evenings. Wear it with the Sorrento shirt and save 10% on the pair.
